The idea of making wine had started in the minds of Haridimos and Konstandina Hatzidakis in 1996. The driving force was their love for the wine and their deep knowledge on it. Haridimos Hatzidakis was lucky enough to work as oenologist in large Greek wine industries before finally creating his own winery. In 1997, the Hatzidakis family rennovated an old 'canava', near Pyrgos village, inside the Santorini Apellation area of High Quality vines.
