Taste:An earthy and soft Cabernet Sauvignon with subtle layering of cherries, herbs and roast coffee with a nice toasty coating of oak. The ageing of this wine brings out its richness and aromas to the fullest. Has fleshy texture with blackberry-cherry and earthy flavours, good balance and structure as well as strong, intense, long aftertaste.
Harmony:Ideally suited to red roasted or broiled meat, big poultry and soft ripe encrusted cheese.
Ages:Ready to be consumed, it will keep evolving for at least ten more years. Aeration and decanting recommended.
