Taste:Medium ruby colour with garnet tinges. Clean, uplifted somewhat earthy varietal aromas, notes of red fruits, cherries and some discreet spiciness. Fruity, mild flavors, medium bodied in the mouth, fresh finish with good length. Elegant in style.
Harmony:Ideally combined with typical greek dishes such as cooked meat with red sauce, beef stew and recipes that contain eggplant.
Served:Room temperature, 16 - 18οC.
Ages:Enjoy it within 5 years after the harvest.
