Taste:Deep, intense, cherry red colour with ruby tints. Pronounced, complex aromas with concentrated fruity notes, such as red and black berries, delicate spice impressions combined with elegant oak. Quite powerful and rich on the palate. Long lasting with a fresh aftertaste and well structured and balanced tannins.
Harmony:Ideally suited to big poultry, red meat, roasted or cooked, lamb or veal, game and medium intense cheese.
Served:Room temperature, 16 - 18οC.
