Payment Methods

1.Credit Card Form

We currently accept only Paypal and wire transfers.

2.Bank Transfer

We use a web banking account for direct money transfers that we monitor from our servers.We are associated with Alpha Bank.

We will give you our bank account Details after the order confirmation.

Notice

All orders are reserved for 48 hours.After that period the order will be canceled.

Iama Wine Store ships orders of six bottles or more.All single bottle orders will be canceled and refunded right away.

Return Order Policy and Refund

If, for any reason, Iama Wine Store Customers are not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can return us the purchased goods and obtain a refund, according to the current Customer Protection legislation.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 10 days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods by informing us of your decision by one of the following means:

You will then have to wait for our return authorization notice, which we will send as soon as possible to the e-mail address you specified in the billing information form at the time of your order.Within 15 working days from this notice, you will have to place the goods in the original packaging and return them to us at own expenses, by shipping them or delivering them to the address specified in our return authorization notice e-mail.

Iama Wine Store will refund you the entire paid amount, except for the delivery costs which, by law, cannot be refunded.

Depending on the payment method you chose for your order, we may refund you by bank transfer, by sending you a cheque, or by transferring your credit card transaction.

Shipping Methods

1.Normal Post (For all countries)*

This is the cheapest way to ship orders , but takes longer than other methods.(Est. 14 - 21 days).

*USA.See the law for importing liquor to the USA by state before ordering. It is up to the costumer to know the relevant laws of his state.For all deliveries outside Greece, the Customer is solely responsible for all taxes or fees levied by any taxing authority in any State of America

2.Express Delivery(Expedited)

3.Costumer Pick Up

After payment you could choose to use your own courier to deliver or even pick up your order directly from our warehouse or wine store.

Shipment Cost will apply depending on the country of delivery.

You will receive a money request via Paypal for the shipping cost after you have placed your order.

As soon as we receive payment your order will be shipped.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is regulated in Europe by the Directive 97/7/EC ("Protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts").

Costumer Status

By placing an order through our web site you warrant that: you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old (or have attained the age, applicable in your country of residence, when you are legally able to buy alcohol, where this is higher).

Shipping Cost via normal Post service

A normal size bottle with is 1.8Kg - 2.0Kg

Handling is calculated in the price.
