Vinification : Partial crushing of the Mantilaria grape and vented in parallel with a Mantilaria/Asyrtiko blend.
Characteristics : A lively, rosy colour, the fragrance of pomegranate, sweet rose and ripe tomato and a full, attractive taste.
Alcoholic content : 12.5% vol
Serving temperature : 12o - 14o C
To accompany : pasta dishes, pies, flans and casseroles.
